I am a leader, influencing others by example. I gain personal satisfaction and earn trust of individuals by empowering, coaching, and supporting their efforts to achieve their goals. I am a problem solver who enjoys collaborative engagements, exploring unconventional ideas to solve novel, or changing opportunities. I believe integrity, empathy and compassion are key to positive engagements with everyone, customers, coworkers, partners, and competitors alike. I have years of experience building local and international technical support teams and have demonstrated strengths in managing diverse remote staff, fostering employee performance and development.
